Venture Manager for Helsinki at CVX Ventures

CVX is seeking a Venture Manager to join their Helsinki team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about investments and supporting Nordic growth companies. This role involves significant strategic and operational responsibility within a fast-paced environment. The Venture Manager will play a crucial part in CVX's global investment team, managing their own portfolio and overseeing the entire deal process.

• Creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow.
• Analyzing companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions.
• Negotiating term sheets and securing the best investment opportunities.
• Presenting investment opportunities to CVX's investment committee.
• Running investment processes with CVX's partners and closing investment rounds.

The role requires:

• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• The ability to close deals.
• A proactive approach and ownership.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results.
• 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
• EU work permit.
