CVX Ventures is seeking a CEO to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role that requires establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals on time. The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for the Swedish market, leading expansion efforts, and managing the Swedish profit and loss statement.They will be expected to build a large group of partners, recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team. The CEO will also identify and attract investment opportunities and drive the entire investment process. The role involves representing CVX at events and conferences.

CVX Ventures expects candidates to have a strong work ethic, drive, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments. It is expected they have excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Swedish and English, and ideally, a network within the Swedish startup ecosystem.
