CVX Ventures is seeking a Country Lead to establish and manage their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role focusing on building a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. Role Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for the Swedish market.
- Lead expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
- Manage the Swedish P&L and operations.
- Build a large network of partners.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing team of 10–15 people.
- Identify and attract investment opportunities.
- Drive the investment process from prospecting to investment.
- Represent CVX at events and conferences.
- Report directly to the CEO.

- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
- Proactive with strong ownership.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus.
