Country Manager CVX Ventures Finland at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking a Country Manager to establish and lead their Finnish division in Helsinki. The role involves building and maintaining a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The Country Manager will be responsible for the Finnish profit and loss, overall operations, and building a pool of partners.

CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors. CVX invests with and through the best angels for the particular founder. Today, they have over 600 angel investor partners in CVX. CVX currently consists of 20 ambitious and talented individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm and now in Helsinki.

What this role involves:

• Defining and executing the strategy, and continuously adjusting
• Leading the Finnish expansion, including potential acquisitions
• Being responsible for the Finnish profit & loss and overall operations
• Finding and attracting the best investment cases
• Leading end-to-end investment deals from deal sourcing to investment
• Representing CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences
• Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:

• High work ethic with a strong sense of urgency
• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
• Proactive approach and ownership
• Deep interest in venture capital and the start-up space
• People-oriented with the ability to bring people together
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong leadership skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English
