The Venture Associate will be involved in essential tasks and high-impact projects, working closely with the leadership team. CVX believes in providing founders with the right knowledge, experience, skills, and network, alongside capital.

Role Involves:

• Driving projects and business areas within sales, marketing, finance, or similar fields.
• Recruiting A-players for teams.
• Developing and executing strategies based on new insights.
• Supporting international expansion and daily operations of companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with exceptional results.
• Experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting firm, bank, or another top-tier organization.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
• A strong drive and desire to be the best.
• Proactive, takes ownership, and follows through on commitments.
• Humility and a passion for building companies.
