CVX Ventures is seeking an Entrepreneur In Residence to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role where the initial focus will be on establishing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals on time. The ideal candidate is driven, proactive, and has a natural ability to build trust and relationships.

Role Involves: - Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market.
- Leading the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
- Managing the Swedish P&L and operations.
- Building a large group of partners.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team.
- Identifying and attracting investment opportunities.
- Driving the entire investment process.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements: - High work ethic and sense of urgency.

- Minimum 5 years of experience (venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments).
