CVX Ventures Sweden is seeking an exceptional Företagsledare to establish and lead its Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role which requires establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and closing deals on time. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, proactive, and capable of building trust and relationships. CVX is a fast-growing risk capital firm that aims to be Europe’s largest risk investor, providing capital, knowledge, and networks to rapidly growing companies.

The Företagsledare will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for the Swedish profit and loss, as well as operations.

The role involves:

• Developing and implementing the Swedish market strategy
• Leading the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions
• Building a high-quality group of partners
• Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team in sales, board work, events, and investments
• Identifying and attracting the best investment opportunities
• Driving the entire investment process from prospecting to investment
• Representing CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences

Requirements:

• High work ethic and sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive and desire to be the best
• Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments
• Proactivity and ability to take ownership
• Strong interest in venture capital and startups with a passion for analyzing and investing in companies
• Strong ability to create collaboration and trust, and win the trust of business leaders
• Ability to communicate effectively at the management and board level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Natural sales ability and success in reaching and exceeding revenue goals
• Natural leader, preferably with experience leading teams
• Fluent Swedish and English
• A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus
