Founder Associate at CVX Ventures

CVX is seeking a driven and ambitious Founder Associate to join their team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and scaling businesses and eager to take on significant responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. CVX is building one of Scandinavia's leading venture investors. They invest capital and competence in carefully selected growth companies in collaboration with more than 700 active angel investors, board members and entrepreneurs, and they have already helped around 200 companies with growth, through capital, knowledge and network.

Role involves:

• Driving projects within sales, marketing, finance, or related areas.
• Recruiting top talent for teams.
• Developing and executing strategies based on new insights.
• Supporting international expansion and daily business operations.

Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
• Strong drive and a desire to excel in all endeavors.
• Proactive approach, ownership of tasks, and commitment to fulfilling obligations.
• Humility and a passion for building companies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding academic results.
• Experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting firm, bank, or top-tier organization.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
