Management Associate at CVX Ventures

CVX is seeking a Management Associate to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. CVX is building one of Scandinavia's leading venture investors. The company invests capital and competences in carefully selected growth companies, in cooperation with more than 700 active angel investors, board members and entrepreneurs. They have already helped around 200 companies with growth, through capital, knowledge and network.

The Management Associate will work closely with the leadership, manage essential tasks and drive high-impact projects. They will be expected to capitalize on new insights and opportunities, put in great effort and invest large amounts of time to achieve extraordinary results and develop into the next generation of top leaders.

Role Involves:

• Driving projects and business areas within sales, marketing, finance, or similar
• Recruiting A-players to teams
• Developing and executing strategies in line with new insights
• Supporting international expansion and daily operations of companies

Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency
• A strong drive and a desire to be the best at what you do
• Ownership over tasks, proactive actions, and commitment to following through
• Humility and a shared passion for building companies
• A bachelor's or master's degree with exceptional results
• Experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting firm, bank, or other top-tier organization
• Fluency in both Danish and English (written and spoken)
