CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional MD to build and lead their Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role focused on establishing a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is driven, proactive, and capable of building trust and relationships.

Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing a strategy for the Swedish market.
- Leading the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
- Managing the Swedish P&L and operations.
- Building a large group of partners.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of 10–15 people within sales, board work, events and investments.
- Identifying and attracting investment opportunities.
- Driving the entire investment process.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or dynamic environments.
- Proactivity and ownership.
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
- Ability to build collaboration and trust.

- Sales skills and success in exceeding revenue goals.
- Leadership experience.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
