MD CVX Ventures Finland at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking an MD to build and lead its Finnish division in Helsinki. The MD will be the first person on the ground and will focus on establishing a sales pipeline and ensuring timely deal closures. The ideal candidate will be driven and able to build trust and connections with people.

CVX is a fast-growing venture investor in Europe that provides high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network. CVX invests with angel investors. Currently, CVX consists of 20 individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm and Helsinki.

What this role involves:

• Defining and executing strategy
• Leading the Finnish expansion, including potential acquisitions
• Being responsible for the Finnish profit & loss and overall operations
• Building a pool of partners
• Hiring and leading a team
• Finding and attracting investment cases
• Leading investment deals
• Representing CVX at events

Requirements:
