CVX Ventures is seeking a highly motivated VD to lead its Swedish operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals on time. The ideal candidate will be driven, proactive, and possess a natural ability to build trust and relationships.

The CVX team consists of 20 ambitious individuals in Copenhagen, London, Oslo, and soon in Stockholm.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing strategies for the Swedish market.
- Leading the expansion in Sweden, including potential acquisitions.
- Managing the Swedish P&L and operations.
- Building a large and high-quality group of partners.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team of 10–15 people.
- Identifying and attracting the best investment opportunities.
- Driving the entire investment process.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
