Venture Associate at CVX Ventures

CVX is seeking a Venture Associate to join their team in Copenhagen. The company is building one of Scandinavia's leading venture investors, providing capital and expertise to growth companies in collaboration with angel investors, board members, and entrepreneurs. They have already assisted around 200 companies with growth through capital, knowledge, and networking.

The Venture Associate will accelerate their career and maintain a steep learning curve by working closely with the company's leadership and decisions. They will manage essential tasks and drive high-impact projects.

Role Involves:

• Driving projects and business areas within sales, marketing, finance, or similar fields.
• Recruiting A-players for their teams.
• Developing and executing strategies based on new insights.
• Supporting international expansion and daily operations of companies.

Requirements:

• Exceptional work ethic and a high sense of urgency.
• A strong drive and desire to be the best at what you do.
• Ownership over tasks, proactive actions, and commitment to following through on obligations and tasks.
• Humility and a shared passion for building companies.
• A bachelor's or master's degree with exceptional results.
• Experience from a student job in a start-up, consulting firm, bank, or other top-tier organization.
• Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
