Business Development Manager CVX Ventures Finland at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking a Business Development Manager to establish and lead their Finnish sales division in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and driving timely deal closure. This role requires a hands-on approach, working strategically and operationally to master outreach and consultative sales processes.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors and has a mission to become Europe’s largest venture investor by providing high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network.What this role involves:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Building out the lead marketing machine.
• Driving sales and continuously hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team (after hitting sales targets).
• Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
• Following KPIs and implementing action plans to improve results.
• Leading end-to-end investment deals from sourcing to investment.
• Representing CVX at events and conferences.
• Collaborating with other managers and reporting to the CEO.
