CVX Ventures is seeking a Commercial Director to establish and lead their Finnish sales division in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. What this role involves: - Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Building the lead marketing machine.
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
- Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
- Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
- Leading end-to-end investment deals.
- Representing CVX at events.
- Collaborating with other managers and reporting to the CEO.
