CVX Ventures is seeking a Commercial Director to establish and lead their Finnish sales division in Helsinki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. This role requires a strategic and operative approach to sales, mastering outreach and consultative sales processes.CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors and aims to be the largest by providing high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network.   • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Building the lead marketing machine.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
  • Leading end-to-end investment deals.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other managers and reporting to the CEO.
