CVX Ventures is seeking a Commercial Director to establish and lead its Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals in a timely manner. The Commercial Director will work strategically and operationally in sales, mastering a consultative sales process.
CVX is one of Europe's rapidly growing venture capital firms, aiming to become the largest risk investor by providing fast-growing companies with capital, knowledge, and networks. With over 600 partners investing and contributing, CVX consists of 20 ambitious individuals across Copenhagen, London, Oslo, and soon Stockholm.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team
- Participating in budgeting and goal setting
- Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans
- Driving the investment process
- Representing CVX at events
- Collaborating with the organization
- Reporting to the CEO
Requirements:
- 5+ years in business development and/or sales in fast-growing startups
- Proven sales ability and success in achieving revenue targets
- High work ethic and sense of urgency
- Exceptional drive and ambition

- Strong collaboration and trust-building skills
- Interest in venture capital and startups
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Swedish and English
