CVX Ventures is seeking a Commercial Leader to establish and spearhead its Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. This role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals promptly.

The Commercial Leader will play a crucial role in developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue generation, and potentially recruiting and leading a sales team. He/she will also participate in budgeting, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and represent CVX at industry events.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team
  • Participating in budgeting and goal-setting
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans
  • Driving the investment process
  • Representing CVX at events
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in fast-growing startups
  • Proven sales ability and success in achieving revenue goals
