CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Manager to establish and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. This role involves building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strategic and operational approach to sales, with expertise in consultative selling.

The role involves:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans.
  • Driving the investment process from prospecting to investment.
  • Representing CVX at events and conferences.
  • Collaborating with other members of the organization.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO.

CVX Ventures requires:

  • At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
  • Proven sales ability and a track record of exceeding targets.
