CVX Ventures is seeking a Head of Business Development to build and lead their Finnish sales division in Helsinki. The role involves establishing a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and driving deal closure. CVX Ventures is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, providing high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network.He/she will work strategically and operationally, mastering outreach and consultative sales. The Head of Business Development will develop and implement a sales strategy, build a lead marketing machine, and exceed revenue targets. Responsibilities include hiring and leading a sales team, participating in budget work, and leading investment deals. The role reports to the CEO.
