CVX Ventures is seeking a Head of Business Development to build and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves both strategic and operational sales responsibilities within a fast-growing venture capital firm.CVX Ventures aims to be Europe's largest risk investor, providing capital, knowledge, and networks to rapidly growing companies. The company consists of 20 ambitious individuals across Copenhagen, London, Oslo, and soon, Stockholm.
Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a sales team.
- Participate in budgeting and goal setting.
- Monitor KPIs and develop action plans.
- Drive the investment process.
- Represent CVX at events and conferences.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
- Proven sales ability and success in exceeding targets.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
