CVX Ventures is seeking a Head of Partner Relations to establish and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess both strategic and operational sales skills, along with a consultative sales approach.

The company is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture capital firms, aiming to become the largest by providing capital, knowledge, and networks to rapidly expanding businesses. With over 600 partners, they focus on offering founders the right expertise for specific stages and industries. The company currently has 20 ambitious people in Copenhagen, London and Oslo.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy
  • Driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Recruiting and leading a sales team
  • Participating in budgeting and goal setting
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans
  • Managing the investment process
  • Representing the company at events
  • Collaborating with other departments
  • Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments
  • Proven sales ability and success in achieving targets
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Exceptional drive and ambition
  • Proactive and able to take ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and trust-building skills
  • Interest in venture capital and startups
  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Existing network in the Swedish startup ecosystem (preferred)
