This role involves hands-on responsibility for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and timely deal closure. The ideal candidate will operate strategically and operatively, mastering outreach and consultative sales processes.

What this role involves:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Building out the lead marketing machine.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hiring, developing, and leading a top-notch sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting goals.
  • Following KPIs and improving results.
  • Leading end-to-end investment deals.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other managers and reporting to the CEO.

What is expected from the candidate:

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue targets.
  • High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional drive and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • A network in the Finnish start-up ecosystem (preferred).
