CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Director for their Helsinki office. This individual will be the first on the ground to build and lead the Finnish sales division. - Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Building the lead marketing machine.

- Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
- Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
- Leading end-to-end investment deals.
- Representing CVX at events.
- Collaborating with other managers.
- Reporting to the CEO.
