CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Director for their Helsinki office. This individual will be the first on the ground to build and lead the Finnish sales division.   • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Building the lead marketing machine.

  • Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
  • Leading end-to-end investment deals.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other managers.
  • Reporting to the CEO.

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
