Sales Leader CVX Ventures Finland at CVX Ventures

CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Leader to build and lead their Finnish sales division in Helsinki. This is a hands-on role that involves establishing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals. The Sales Leader will work strategically and operationally, mastering an outreach and consultative sales process.CVX Ventures aims to become Europe’s largest venture investor by providing high-growth companies with capital, knowledge, and network. They invest with and through angel investors, boasting over 600 angel investor partners. The CVX team currently consists of 20 individuals across Copenhagen, London, Oslo, Stockholm, and now Helsinki.What this role involves:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Building the lead marketing machine.
• Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
• Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
• Participating in budget work and setting goals.
• Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
• Leading end-to-end investment deals.
• Representing CVX at events.
• Collaborating with other managers.
• Reporting to the CEO.

• 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
• Exceptional drive.
• Proactive approach and ownership.
• People-oriented with the ability to bring people together of business leaders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at management and board level.
• Outstanding analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.
• A network in the Finnish start-up ecosystem (preferred).
