CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Leader to establish and manage their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves building and maintaining a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals.
The Sales Leader will work strategically and operationally, mastering a consultative sales process within one of Europe's rapidly growing venture capital firms. CVX aims to become Europe's largest risk investor by offering fast-growing companies capital, knowledge, and networks. They operate with over 600 partners who invest and contribute to portfolio companies.
The role requires a proactive individual to drive investment processes and represent CVX at events. The Sales Leader will report directly to the CEO.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
- Recruiting and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
- Following up on KPIs and improving results.
- Driving the investment process from prospecting to investment.
- Representing CVX at events.
- Collaborating within the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
- Proven sales ability and a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- High work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Exceptional drive and a desire to excel.
- Proactive with strong ownership.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with business leaders.
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Fluency in Swedish and English.
