Job Description

CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute the company's sales strategy and expand the sales team. The successful candidate will be a skilled salesperson, strategic thinker, strong communicator, and hands-on leader.

About CVX Ventures:

CVX is building one of Scandinavia's leading venture investors, investing capital and competencies in carefully selected growth companies in collaboration with over 700 active angel investors, board members, and entrepreneurs. They have already helped around 200 companies grow through capital, knowledge, and networking.

Role involves:

  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy.
  • Building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ensuring continuous achievement of targets and underlying KPIs.
  • Continuously improving the sales organization through hands-on coaching, training and development programs.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales processes and frameworks to support company growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Analyzing market developments and making suggestions for improvements to the business strategy
  • Collaborating with other departments and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Promoting a culture for high performance’, ‘sense of urgency’ and ‘we are always selling’ within sales organization
  • Identifying growth opportunities and building strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
