CVX Ventures is seeking a Sales Manager to build and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves both strategic and operational sales responsibilities within a fast-growing venture capital firm.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans.
  • Driving the investment process.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other departments.
  • Reporting to the CEO.

CVX Ventures requires the candidate to possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, fast-growing startups, or similar environments.
  • Proven sales ability and a track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong work ethic and a sense of urgency.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
