CVX Ventures Sweden is seeking a Sales Manager to establish and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The role involves building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strategic and operational sales capabilities and be proficient in a consultative sales process.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies
• Driving sales and achieving revenue targets
• Recruiting and leading a sales team
• Participating in budgeting and goal setting
• Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans
• Managing the investment process from prospecting to investment
• Representing CVX at events and conferences
• Collaborating with other departments
• Reporting to the CEO

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments
• Proven sales ability
• High work ethic and sense of urgency
• Exceptional drive and ambition
• Proactivity and ownership
• Strong collaboration and trust-building skills
• Interest in venture capital and startups
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• A network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus
