CVX Ventures is seeking a Team Lead Sales to build and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate should be capable of both strategic and operational sales activities, with expertise in a consultative sales process.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Driving sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budgeting and goal setting.
- Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans for improvement.
- Driving the investment process from prospecting to investment.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences.
- Collaborating with other team members.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
- Proven sales ability and success in reaching revenue targets.
- High work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Exceptional drive and desire to excel.
- Proactive with strong ownership.
- Ability to build collaboration and trust.
- Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
- Excellent communication skills at leadership and board levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
