CVX Ventures is seeking a Team Lead Sales to build and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. This is a hands-on role where the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, and closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate should be capable of both strategic and operational sales activities, with expertise in a consultative sales process.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Driving sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budgeting and goal setting.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans for improvement.
  • Driving the investment process from prospecting to investment.
  • Representing CVX at events and conferences.
  • Collaborating with other team members.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
  • Proven sales ability and success in reaching revenue targets.
  • High work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional drive and desire to excel.
  • Proactive with strong ownership.
  • Ability to build collaboration and trust.
  • Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
  • Excellent communication skills at leadership and board levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Network within the Swedish startup ecosystem is a plus.
