  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budgeting and goal setting.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans.
  • Leading the investment process from prospecting to investment.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other teams.
  • Reporting to the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, or dynamic environments.
  • Proven sales ability and success in achieving targets.
