CVX Ventures Sweden is seeking a Telemarketing Manager to establish and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. He/she will represent CVX at industry events and collaborate with internal teams.
Role Involves: - Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budgeting and goal-setting.
- Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans.
- Driving the investment process.
- Representing CVX at events.
