CVX Ventures Sweden is seeking a Telemarketing Manager to establish and lead their Swedish sales operations in Stockholm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a passion for venture capital.He/she will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing sales team. He/she will represent CVX at industry events and collaborate with internal teams.Role Involves:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budgeting and goal-setting.
  • Monitoring KPIs and developing action plans.
  • Driving the investment process.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Reporting to the CEO.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in venture capital or startups.
  • Proven sales ability and track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional drive and ambition.
  • Proactive and ownership-oriented.
  • Ability to build trust and collaboration.
  • Strong interest in venture capital and startups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Network within the Swedish startup ecosystem (a plus).
