Senior Data Consultant - Seoul

Job Description

Artefact is seeking a Senior Data Consultant to join their team in Seoul. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational consulting or consumer engagement and will be responsible for leading consumer engagement strategy planning, initiative building, and PMO fulfillment. They will also lead consumer data analysis, generating insights for clients, and coordinate activities with global subsidiaries and stakeholders.This role involves:

• Serving as the key contact window with clients.
• Managing and developing team members on projects.
• Planning and coordinating activities with global teams.
• Reviewing contracts and preparing reports.
• Ensuring successful implementation of consumer engagement initiatives.
• Supporting business development for new clients.

Requirements for this role include:

• At least 3 years’ experience in operational consulting or consumer engagement.
• Experience with global operation projects, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong strategic thinking about consumer engagement.
• Proficiency in slide writing and analysis methodology using Excel.
• Solid project management capability.
• Mastery of E2E knowledge across the AIPL funnel and different ecosystems.
• A good understanding of digital trends and mainstream digital products/tools.
