Artefact is hiring an Analytics Engineer in Mexico, in a remote work model. The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for transform data into business impact across the organizations value chain. The candidate will actively contribute to the skill level and competencies of the Data and Analytics team, provide data-driven marketing services to Artefact's clients.

The role involves:

• Gathering requirements, working with stakeholders.
• Implementing visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Developing, maintaining, and supporting reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Optimizing data connectivity/ETL and data warehouse architecture.
• Collaborating with other divisions to provide data-driven marketing services.
• Researching and developing new technical approaches to efficiently address problems.

Requirements:

• Engineering/business degree (desirable).
• Intellectual curiosity, autonomy, and dynamism.
• Knowledge of digital marketing or consulting.
• Good level of English.
