This role involves leading projects, developing data science solutions, and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will mentor data scientists and contribute to Artefact's internal toolbox.

What this role involves:

• Leading and conducting ambitious data transformation projects.
• Developing data science products and solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Upskilling the data science team.
• Ensuring high-standard delivery of missions.
• Writing optimized code for Artefact’s internal tools.

Requirements:

• A Master’s degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and applying data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data processing, modeling, algorithms, and architecture.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Python, R, SQL.
• Experience in leading a technical project in a business context
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills.
