Artefact is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their team in Malaysia. The company is a next-generation end-to-end data service company focused on consulting and marketing, helping organizations transform data into value and business impact.

The Senior Data Scientist will be responsible for conducting data projects, ensuring delivery, and communicating work achievements. They will collaborate with other divisions, build strong client relationships, and ensure solutions bring value. The role involves researching and developing new technical approaches, sharing best practices, and embodying Artefact's values.

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing and applying data-driven solutions in a corporate or consulting setting, preferably in a consumer marketing context (experience in the web industry is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of data processing, data modeling, algorithms, and data architecture
• Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritise an approach for maximum impact
