Artefact Open Innovation is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the creation of intrapreneurship programs, workshops, and collective intelligence experiences. The candidate will contribute to project management, coordinate stakeholders, and assist in organizing innovation programs. This role involves supporting all project phases, from design to team coaching, and contributing to event logistics and facilitation.

Role Involves:

  • Contributing to project management: framing, follow-up, reporting
  • Coordinating with project stakeholders
  • Assisting with the organization of innovation programs: design, idea solicitation, team selection and training, team coaching, organization of physical events
  • Contributing to the organization of events and workshops
  • Ensuring event logistics
  • Participating in the facilitation of experiences

Requirements:

  • Completed first year of a Master's degree
  • Proficiency in office tools (Google and/or Microsoft)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for adapting to various stakeholders
  • Comfortable in an international environment with fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Experience and aptitude for event planning and management
