Artefact is seeking a Social Media Advertising (SMA) Manager to join their team in Paris. The SMA Manager will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction. Artefact is a digital marketing agency that works with global brands to redefine customer experience through technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media advertising concepts and interfaces, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
The role involves:
- Managing SMA consultants, providing support in strategic approaches and operational management.
- Ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of projects.
- Developing gross margin for the SMA department.
- Improving work processes and methodologies.
- Participating in recommendations and calls for tenders, developing SMA operational strategies.
- Evaluating budget investments and estimating corresponding results.
- Daily management of SMA customers, including campaign creation, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the social media landscape.
- Participating in transversal projects within Artefact, supporting data or creation expertise.
Requirements include:
- Master's degree in the digital sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within an online advertising agency.
- Mastery of Social Media Advertising concepts and interfaces (Business Manager, Pinterest Ads).
- Proficiency in social management tools (MakeMeReach, Radar.ly, Social Bakers...).
- MS Office mastery (PPT, Excel).
- Excellent communication and synthesis skills (written & oral).
- Strong analytics and data visualization skills.
- Good knowledge of tracking principles.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
