JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981, is a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The company has over 2,400 stores and offers customers the latest products from top brands. They are looking for a Warehouse Worker.

The Warehouse Worker is essential to the store's operation, responsible for all merchandise delivery and storage activities to ensure optimal warehouse management.

Role Involves:

• Receiving, processing, and checking incoming and outgoing goods.
• Arranging and labeling items and applying/verifying anti-theft systems.
• Sorting items and arranging them in the warehouse according to company policies and layout rules.
• Verifying product availability and replenishing the sales area.
• Participating in and contributing to warehouse inventories.
• Managing the delivery of customer orders in the sales area during peak times.
• Supporting product sales and ensuring good customer service.
• Actively participating in loss prevention.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Retail sector is preferred.
• Team worker, organized, methodical, and meticulous.
• Knowledge of the warehouse and products to work quickly and efficiently.
• Ensures necessary monitoring and organization for article control.
• Good stress management to handle increased merchandise flow during peak sales.
• Affinity with fashion, especially sneakers and sportswear, is recommended.
