Job Description
DLH Corp is seeking a Capture Manager to join their Growth and Capture team within the Health IT Operations Center. The Capture Manager will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing federal government opportunities, working closely with operation center managers and staff. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective capture strategies.
Role involves:
- Implementing the opportunity assessment process.
- Making bid/no-bid decisions.
- Building relationships with key partners.
- Executing a winning proposal strategy.
- Supporting the effort through proposal and transition.
- Developing technical and management solutions.
- Developing Capture Plans.
- Developing win themes/strategies, value propositions, and differentiators.
- Conducting competitive analyses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Engineering/Science or Business.
- 5-7 years of experience in leading captures in the Health IT market.
- Experience with the HHS agency is ideal.
- Ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience in analyzing and selecting teaming partners.
- Knowledge of US government procurement practices.
- Ability to travel up to 30% nationally.
