What Role Involves:

  • Taking ownership of North America interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Evaluating and streamlining candidate experience processes.
  • Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Supporting recruiting projects related to candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Maintaining interviewer information across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse and/or Goodtime preferred).
  • Ability to manage complex interview schedules.
  • Strong bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruiting technology.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage confidential information.
