What Role Involves:
- Taking ownership of North America interview scheduling and coordination.
- Acting as a brand ambassador and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Evaluating and streamlining candidate experience processes.
- Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions.
- Supporting recruiting projects related to candidate experience and employer branding.
- Maintaining interviewer information across platforms.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse and/or Goodtime preferred).
- Ability to manage complex interview schedules.
- Strong bilingual (English & Spanish) communication skills.
- Familiarity with recruiting technology.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage confidential information.
