Job Description

Verkada is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. The Account Executive will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas. They will build an intimate understanding of Verkada products and their place in the industry, manage the full sales cycle, and maintain accurate pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and close new business
  • Build an understanding of Verkada products
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management
  • Exceed goals for outbound calls, emails, demos, and trials
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners
  • Work with Channel Partners & Technical Support
  • Provide market feedback to the product team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Tenacity and self-motivation
