Kepler is seeking a Senior Digital Media Analyst to join its Optimization and Innovation team. This role involves serving as a primary client point of contact, overseeing campaign execution, and leading program management and innovation.   • Refine expertise in leveraging digital media channels, including social, video, and programmatic media
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients and vendors
  • Partner with clients to understand their business goals and marketing objectives
  • Work with the Optimization & Innovation Manager to design and execute programs
  • Manage Optimization & Innovation Analysts
  • Execute and monitor all aspects of campaign setup
  • Contribute to client insights and strategy reports
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of Paid Search experience (ads platforms)
  • Preferred experience with client and account management
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms
  • Familiarity with ad policies and creative standards
  • Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Experience with people management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication (English and Spanish) and presentation skills
  • Effective troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, team-based environment
