Integration Consultant at project44

project44 is seeking an Integration Consultant to ensure seamless customer implementations. The Integration Consultant will collaborate with sales, support, engagement managers, and customer success teams, managing post-contract integration projects across various platforms. The role involves adhering to timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction, working within a team experienced in logistics, project management, and technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating project management for implementations.
• Leading remote kickoff calls and technical requirements reviews.
• Defining test plans for SIT and UAT.
• Conducting training sessions.
• Managing weekly status meetings and logging updates in Salesforce.
• Ensuring successful post-implementation hypercare and transition to customer success and support teams.
• Leading technical project management activities and RAID management.
• Creating and updating documentation on integration standards and best practices.
• Configuring the project44 platform for customer value.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in integrations/implementations, software systems delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology integrations.
• Experience with Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer requirements.
• Ability to run system data analyses and lead large groups.
• Strong communication, people, and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
