The CRM Analyst will be responsible for driving growth for iFood's partner restaurants through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have a passion for using data to improve the customer experience.

Role involves:

  • Analyzing and suggesting A/B tests and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Identifying trends and consolidating data into strategic reports.
  • Interfacing with technical and data teams to ensure the performance of automated rules.
  • Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to improve communication and operations.
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to align and execute initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience with communication for engagement, CRM campaigns, and Growth strategies.
  • Understanding of CRM KPIs and experience generating reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint skills.
  • Interest in understanding the business and market trends.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
