The CRM Analyst will be responsible for driving growth for iFood's partner restaurants through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and have a passion for using data to improve the customer experience.
Role involves:
- Analyzing and suggesting A/B tests and multi-channel campaigns.
- Identifying trends and consolidating data into strategic reports.
- Interfacing with technical and data teams to ensure the performance of automated rules.
- Collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to improve communication and operations.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to align and execute initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience with communication for engagement, CRM campaigns, and Growth strategies.
- Understanding of CRM KPIs and experience generating reports to support strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint skills.
- Interest in understanding the business and market trends.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
