iFood is seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to join their CRM Growth and Automation team. The role involves a challenging, data-driven environment focused on strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will integrate into a creative, communicative, and engaged team with an innovative mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Briefing the production and execution of communication campaigns for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Creating and A/B testing multi-channel campaigns (Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Notification Center) to ensure performance and personalization, using statistical methodologies to test hypotheses and optimizations.
- Performing analyses and measurements, identifying trends, consolidating data into strategic reports to support decision-making, and reporting results in weekly forums to areas and C-Levels.
- Interfacing with suppliers and agencies for the preparation and approval of briefings, creation of new content, campaigns, and projects, and with stakeholders, translating business needs into communication strategies.
- Colecting, organizing, and interpreting relevant data to propose improvements in communication and operation.
- Identifying and recommending actions with the greatest potential impact on the operation and experience of restaurants.
- Working directly with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consistent execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience with communication for engagement, CRM and Growth campaigns, with user acquisition or retention strategies.
- Skills in Copyright for developing content and assertive briefings for CRM Growth actions and strategies.
- Analytical skills, understanding of result dashboards and CRM KPIs, generating reports that support strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (thoughtspot), requests (Jira) and conversations (Slack).
- Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and Google Presentations/PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create executive presentations.
- Interest in deepening understanding of the business with the ability to understand the market and trends that impact the organization.
- Ability to structure new business/opportunity projects coming from continuous improvement insights.
- High analytical capacity, critical thinking and data-driven profile, with strategic vision focused on results.
- Proactivity and flexibility to deal with changes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
