Role Involves:
- Coordinating S&OP and S&OE meetings for strategic alignment.
- Reviewing and validating demand and supply figures.
- Communicating changes and negotiating with business areas.
- Supervising supply/demand calculations and optimizing resource use.
- Proposing new ideas and solving daily problems.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Databricks.
- Experience in business indicator management and analytical skills.
- Investigative profile, proactivity, and critical thinking.
- Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship, negotiation, and adaptation skills.
- Experience in people management and implementation of IBP, S&OP, S&OE, and Supply Planning processes.
- Ability to structure data into clear reports and dashboards.
- Ability to create models and routines to translate numbers for the logistics team.
- Ease in conducting internal alignments and presenting numbers clearly and objectively.
