This role involves transforming business data into actionable insights, planning A/B tests for process optimization, and monitoring fleet performance via key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate will ensure consistent and optimized results in logistical operations, manage and develop the team, and create playbooks for auditing franchises.
The role involves:
- Leading the business team for logistics, focusing on growth and fleet performance.
- Transforming business data and indicators into insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Planning and executing A/B tests to optimize processes.
- Monitoring fleet performance, tracking key KPIs.
- Ensuring consistent and optimized results in logistics operations.
