iFood is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to join their team. This role is based on a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing scalable solutions that support the company's ambitious growth plans. This person will work alongside highly qualified growth specialists and tackle complex business challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and churn.
• Developing BP planning and demand forecasting.
• Managing, monitoring and analyzing area KPIs and generating impact reports of actions.
• Interfacing with partner areas to align strategy and action plans.
• Creating follow-ups and reports, as well as interfacing with the data area.

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret campaign/project results.
• Experience in Databricks (SQL and Python).
• Experience in Planning and Forecast.
• Analytical skills and ability to work with unstructured data.
