The candidate will be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new restaurant partners.
  • Identify and prospect new clients to expand the partner base.
  • Provide market consulting and support to restaurants, focusing on CRM strategies.
  • Promote and implement new products and solutions for partners.
  • Analyze restaurant operations and suggest strategic improvements to increase revenue.
  • Utilize advanced negotiation techniques such as SPIN Selling.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Experience in consultative sales and new client prospecting.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic data management.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and sales techniques, such as SPIN Selling.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High energy level, commitment, and a sense of ownership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Residence in the São Paulo Capital region.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model (office, restaurant visits, and home office).
  • Entrepreneurial profile with a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to analyze restaurant operations strategically and provide constructive criticism.
  • Experience in risk management and emotional intelligence.
