iFood, a leading Brazilian technology company in Latin America, is seeking an Executive SDR to join their iFood Pago team. iFood connects thousands of restaurants to millions of consumers daily through innovative solutions. The company's Fintech arm, iFood Pago, includes iFood Benefícios, iFood's meal and food voucher service, and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank.

The role involves:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact with potential clients, identifying decision-makers.
  • Connecting with leads and inviting them for presentations of iFood Benefícios.
  • Transferring information to the closing team (closer) and ensuring meetings for final negotiation.
  • Converting leads into opportunities in the system.
  • Supporting specialists and maintaining relationships with customers.

iFood Requires:

  • Experience with CRM, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Prospecting via LinkedIn using tools like Apollo and Sales Navigator.
  • Effective communication, persuasion, and proactivity skills.
  • Competence in time management and sales techniques.
  • Emotional management skills.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 days home office.
